I had difficulty with my e-mail account. I described it once and they quickly identified the issue. I needed to change to the new version and they walked me through it. I interacted with a number of individuals (I worked before and after the superbowl) who replied within minutes not days! They got the job done and I am back to normal.

Please thank your people for an outstanding job. I''ve been using your hosting for 3 years now and it''s great. I was a green horn at this web stuff back then and your people were great. They still are.
This was really to simple. All other hosting companies I have tried to install a MS Visual Web Developer Express Edition app on had to do special stuff for the Database at least set some permissions. Some even had to put the SQL table on the host. Most had to have a special connection string to connect to the database. webhost4life.com was way to easy. Before I even tried to upload the app I sent a request to the helpdesk to find out how exactly to upload the app. Within a short time I received a response telling me that all I need to do is to turn on Frontpage extensions for the account and use the "Copy Website'' Feature of the development tool. With all the trouble I had getting apps to work with other hosting companies I was more than a little skeptical. But that is all it took. Everything uploaded and worked great.
