Without a doubt your company is the BEST hosting provider I have ever had. Your support staff went above and beyond by volunteering (that''s right, OFFERING to help!!) to transistion my hosting service to newer platforms. I was merely asking for a function to be enabled, but they outdid themselves by offering me an upgrade. I recommend your product to everyone I know in the industry. I hope to someday get my proverbial stuff together and begin reselling your product, as I have that much faith in it.
