Your web hosting service is absolutely the best. I''ve been with you now since 2002 for my website hosting and couldn''t be happier. I referred WebHost4Life to my employer, who later went with a "cheaper" hosting service against my recommendations, but our phone service company offered free web hosting. It was and is a nightmare. I knew more than Eschelon''s tech support, and it took them over a month to get our website up and running.

These problems are never the case with your company. It''s a matter of just a couple hours before a site is up and running. And, whenever I''ve had any tech support issues (rarely ever due to any web host errors) your tech support personnel respond quickly and their knowledge is superior to say the very least. Your staff are simply the best and I hope you gave them all huge Christmas bonuses, they deserve it for the excellent work they do for you and me!

I have been using your service for several years now and I have several sites hosted by you. I am VERY pleased with everything. Your technical support staff replies quite promptly (sometimes within minutes) and I like the fact that I can get them by phone --- service tickets are nice --- but in a pinch -- phone is great!

I have used other hosts in the past, but you are by far the best ! You were recommended to me by another software engineer and I intend to stay with your service for years.

Thank you, Stephen. This worked. Part of the problem was in trying to copy over a folder containing several pictures. I finally deleted this folder and then replaced it with the updated folder, with satisfactory results.

I always get great service here, if there is anything I would like you to change it is the submit to manager button at the bottom next to the regular submit button. I would hate to hit that by mistake and make someone think I was complaining.
