I am a relatively new webprogrammer and as such I''ve made numerous mistakes that only the new people make. Webhost4life has not only responded to every help question within an excellent time frame (10 minutes to an hour for most, the longest was 8 hours), but they''ve also managed to find and repair the little mistakes that I''ve managed to make. Most hosting providers won''t go past advice, these people follow through to the end.

SERVICE SUPPORT
I wanted to tell the staff and other members of Webhost4life about the excellent customer service I received from Gabriel when setting up my email account. I am opening a new business and have had to deal with many support / customer service people, from many different companies in recent weeks. Gabe was definitely one of the most helpful people I spoke to. He went far beyond the usual scope of support and addressed my only problem within minutes of my opening the ticket.

VERY HAPPY TO HAVE MADE THIS CHOICE
I have recently moved my web site, StokeMASTER.COM from DisscountASP.NET after them forcing numerous application restarts on my site.
I was recommended by several people on the ASP.NET forum. Obviously I was skeptical in the beginning. The migration went very well and you have great online tools that made it even easier.
After a while the site started to crash. I thought that this will be the start of another ISP support nightmare, but your support team was very helpful, and found out the issue was in my DotNetNuke.
Your support team is very knowledgeable and also for the $10.00 a month, I can get SQL and a lot of other benefits. So I just wanted you to tell your people that I am very happy to have made this choice, and will migrate other projects as other contract expires with DiscountASP

LETTER TO THE CEO OF WEB HOST 4 LIFE
I must say this has been a learning curve for me, Cold Fusion that is, and the whole server environment from set up to utilizing the Cold Fusion tools available to me. I have been I am sure a handful to deal with and I wanted to pass along a quick note to let you know that your people have been professional, Quick to respond and kind in there responses which I know sometimes is hard to do when you deal with an ass like me.
I am in the hospitality business and work full time as a corporate chef for Claim Jumper Restaurants out of California. I deal daily with complaints, special needs and such so I appreciate your customer service. I want you to pass along my sincere appreciation to your staff, KC, BOB, ALEX, KENNETH, TIM, CANDY and MONICA for there support and patience while I try to get this worked out. I have a very successful business developing web sites for people which I used PHP and MySQL to develop mainly with Dreamweaver 8. Recently I came to a crossroads with the need to develop in Cold Fusion. It continues to be a hard transition but your staff is making a bad situation look bright.
