I''m a customer for four years now. From time to time, I''m asking the support with a simple question, a problem related to anything, maybe something I''m supposed to know. I''m in Belgium and of course when I ask the support, usually it''s night time for them. They''re there... every time..always a quick and correct answer. I am writing to express my satisfaction about the great service I have been receiving from everyone at webhost4life. I cannot say enough! From your sales staff on chat to the helpdesk, we received polite, professional and attentive service.

I particularly appreciated the technical support we received. In moments when a crucial deadline or urgent matter had to be dealt with, every person that we have spoken with have been patient, understanding and extremely helpful! Some matters have been rather delicate and even complicated. But each time, they have come through in the crunch! I am extremely impressed!

Your technicians have helped our company save, I am sure, a few contracts and money by setting up the site when it had to be displayed to the customer. Not only do they offer the best packages, features, and just all around ASP.NET hosting, they''re ahead of the curve in implementing the tools to allow people to self manage their site. Such as the ability to control the granularity of the version of .NET on a virtual site.

Wheneve there''s any sort of a problem (very few to be honest) they responde rapidly and usually get it right the first time. They understand hosting and can work with you on any matter and offer the respect for experienced technical users.

I am very impressed with the responsiveness and help from webhost4life. They tracked down and helped me sort out DNS issues that were ultimately my fault not theirs. But they were very helpful anyway and never stopped helping me. All this, even though I am on the cheapest plan.

I''ve had occasion to submit help tickets. I used to do it for special DNS changes - but I don''t have to now, because the new control panel allows me to do it. Now, once in a while, I have a problem accessing the e-mail admin. tool the first time I set up an account. Again, not a major problem. But when it happens, the problem is always fixed before my login expires. I can just leave my control panel open and wait for the response. You folks are fabulous.

I''ve had plenty of experience with technical issues and support folks in my 28 years of computing, and I have never been so well-treated as I am by this support team.

On the few occasions that I have needed assistance, the support folks have always been friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and _FAST_. Problem ticket turn-around times are easily counted in minutes, not days.
