I particularly appreciated the technical support we received. In moments when a crucial deadline or urgent matter had to be dealt with, every person that we have spoken with have been patient, understanding and extremely helpful! I''ve had occasion to submit help tickets. I used to do it for special DNS changes - but I don''t have to now, because the new control panel allows me to do it. Now, once in a while, I have a problem accessing the e-mail admin. tool the first time I set up an account. Again, not a major problem. But when it happens, the problem is always fixed before my login expires. I can just leave my control panel open and wait for the response. You folks are fabulous.
