TRULY MY WEB HOST 4 LIFE
I have used several services, but this one is far above the others. I run 6 small sites from my one hosting, and I have submitted 13 help tickets in the year I have been a webhost4life customer. These tickets range from scripting challenges, to database questions, to API instalation requests. They ALWAYS respond in under a day, usually within 1 - 2 hours. They always are able to provide more than adequate advice or resolution. I can''t be emphatic enough with my appreciation for this company!

RESPONSIVE SUPPORT
I had become very disappointed with the support at 1and1 and was looking for another host provider for my SharePoint site and email needs. I am very happy to say that Webhost4Life has not only met, but exceed my expectations. In one days time, they helped me solve a domain name error, got SharePoint up and running, and modified a TXT record for my email. This was three support tickets all quickly responded to and closed. Excellent!

weeks i have swithched over to your company and built
a temporary website. I have had a lot of questions
throughout this whole process and have to say,

some companies (few & far between it seems) that

Just dropping a message to say I''m really impressed with the response of your Helpdesk service on the last 2 weeks since I''ve signed up with you.
I had 7 calls in the last 10 days, most of them regarding configuration on Community Server. None of these calls took more than 15 minutes to be answered on priority 3.
I even had a test website down for a bit and registered the call as priority 2. One of your attendants instructed me in the future to always raise this type of call to priority 1 so you can deal with it even quicker!
