I like to think of myself as a technical person, as I usually am able to fix problems without contacting tech support. However, I am new to DotNetNuke and have experienced several problems in the beginning. Webhost4life has walked me thru or actually fixed many of my problems within minutes and has done so in a friendly and professional manner. The extreme low cost combined with the excellent customer service make this the best value I have seen anywhere. I would highly reccomend you to anyone looking for a good host whether an individual or a company. In fact I had my employer move his site to you guys! My previous webhosting service was good, but I had move my website from them because their UNIX platform was not fitting in the functionality and design I wanted to create. So when I switched to Webhost4life, it was with some trepidation as I had a flawless service for over five years which I did not want to forego. I must admit I am very lucky to have found a very able and well organized webhosting service in the form of webhost4life. These are a bunch of dedicated guys committed to excellence in service. I am very much impressed by the prompt response I always get from the helpdesk. Always, not most of the time, not mostly, but always. They are real people who addressed my questions very promptly.
