I have only just started a Dotnetnuke hosting package with Webhost4life and still have a few email teething problems.

However, I can say that so far I have been very impressed with both the speed of response and the quality of the support I have received.

The Livechat feature is a godsend!

I have 3 different accounts that I administer for 3 different groups. Somehow, in the process of upgrading an account, there were discrepencies in the feature list of the third account.

After explaining the situation to the chat line, I was asked to discuss with accounting. They were very fair and took care of the issues.

It is great to see a company that still listens to their customers and offers a great product.

I have tried your service for 4 days and none of your staff know how to provide the service you sell.

Your business is killing me and no doubt others....get off the web untill you know how to set up you service...when configured properly people wont contact live chat because we dont have time for it... change your name when you come back because you are trashing this current name. I want a refund asap... Make sure your staff are familiar with CPanel and wha tis commenly expected...

This hosting provider is acutally very good for asp.net applications. Very stable and good Customer service.

It is a little pricey but i doubt a cheaper one can match the service.

I woke up this morning to find my website down because my web developer who I hired was screwing around with it during of hours. The team at mysite4life restored my site back 24hrs to the point before it got screwed up and now it''s back to normal. It feels like christmas came early when your site looks good again. I used to use godaddy, but after using webhost4life, I would never go back. Ever.

The quality of service is incredible, they helped with problems quickly and solved those problems the first time.

The service itself is amazing. They give complete access to your website (including .htaccess, php modules, etc).

The storage space and the monthly bandwidth are head and shoulders above the competition!
