After playing with DNN 3.x at work I decided I wanted to learn more about it. So after seeing one of your ad’s on a link for web hosting services as being so cheap I decided what the hell. I registered a domain and went with the 9.99 a month deal. I was first impressed with the fact that you did not limit the bandwidth and that for the money you enough HDD space that I could be comfortable. I also noticed that you offered SQL for free which was essential to what I was needing. After making my purchase I soon was trying to set up my site. I ran into a few technical issues which where resolved via chat in no time. When it seemed that I finally had an issue they could not handle (this was at 9pm central) they said they needed to escalate it to a technician. In my mind I was thinking great it will be a few days before I can get started now. However, after giving me my ticket number, the issue was resolved within 20 minutes.. I must say the amount of support I have gotten has impressed me greatly. I have not seen tech support for free like that in I don’t know how long. Keep up the good work. I would refer you to just about anyone looking for a web hosting company!
