I have had occasion to use the Live Chat support and it is Superb - no wait - very responsive and very knowledgeable folks ... I have only been with WebHost4life for a few years - but I will not be going anywhere else ... service is incredible - value amazing - You guys care - that is rare!

I have been a customer of webhost4life for over 3 years and have referred several of my clients to them. I am looking at hosting some websites with webhost4life. I had a question about a particular site and how I would upload the site to webhost4life. I submitted a help desk ticket and literraly within 20 minutes I received a response. Amazing!

I am used to my old host. I enter a helpdesk ticket, and it will be answered in roughly a week. No biggie if you are expecting that.

Then I moved here to webhost4life. I was up late configuring my site as so many of you love doing, and I ran into a problem with setting up a site component. By now it''s 11:45PM, my eyelids weigh about 30 lbs. each! So I start wrapping things up after I entered my inquiry (priority 5 - lowest) concerning my issue. I knew my problem was user error, nothing more. So I gave up for that night.

Lo and behold JUST before logging out I went back to my control panel main page, and I saw "1 help reply waiting!" in the upper left hand corner! HOLY GUACAMOLE! The response came within 20 minutes, just before midnight. I was blown away. So, of course I had to read it and try to fix my problem.

So, the moral of this story is that when you have excellent tech support like these professionals, you (as a new website administrator) will not get any sleep - there just isn''t enough downtime!

I really appreciate your fast and easy to use support. I use the online support center to create requests and I always get a fast response from your team.

I recently noticed that the web mail page was not responding and you suggested moving my mail to the new mail server. The move was fast with no problems.

The new email interface is great.
