I had an email problem. I used their help desk, giving the information they requested. Following the submission of the information, I was ready to wait the usual 24 to 48 hours for a response. Wow, was I surprised when I received assistance within and hour. I''m impressed!

I had a problem late Saturday nite with getting my site running. I got on the online help chat with GeorgeM. George spent an incredible amoount of time trying to get to the bottom of my problem, and didn''t give up until it was fixed. It turned out to be a problem caused by a setting in my web.config file that was commented out that I had not noticed. It was my fault, and he was only to happy to help me out, and red faced that I was, he thanked me for using WebHost4Life. I have used another service to host our site, and the main reason we left there was the shoddy tech support. With service like this we will be moving the rest of our sites here, and telling our associates to do the same. By the way, George was not the first support person to hepl me out, and I give all of them the highest rating possible. Thanks WebHost4Life!!!!

After 3 years of patronizing WebHost4Life I''ve amassed a long list of service requests. New configurations, changes to security, questions about functionality, and so on. Every one of my tickets has been resolved.

What I like best about the service is that, even if several iterations of explanation and clarification are required, I always get some kind of immediate reply. I never fear that my request has gotten "lost". That response time is lightning fast even though I rarely mark my requests as urgent.

Truly, WebHost4Life is aptly named. And I take my vitamins, so that''s likely to last a good long while.

I was a victim of a conversion by ReadyHosting. This Monday all of my
development sites were inoperable! They did NOTHING to help me for 4 days.
Finally, I signed up with WebHost4Life, and within 4 hours is was up and
running! All of my Access DB and SQL sites were working perfectly. This is
what I expect from a web host!!

I dont know if it''s the amazing ineptitude from ReadyHosting, or the
excellent service from you - but I definitely have a new favorite!!!

I don''t make a habit of making testemonials, however, WebHost4Life is the exception to the rule. I have been with them for about 5 months now, and have experienced 0 downtime due to them. I, however, have done many ignorant things to my sites, and their customer service has always provided the correct solution in an unbelievably timely manner.
I do think they chose the name of their service correctly as they will be my webhost for life.

These guys worked hard through a routing issue. Some router in the middle of who knows where was dropping my connections. These guys prevailed and whipped the issue.
