MALICIOUS HAPPENINGS
Recently we had some rather nasty happenings and our site was taken offline.
In the course of a few days the help desk gave support and advice that lead to us being back online a few days later.
I just wanted to thank all those on the Helpdesk that helped us through a bit of a bad moment.
We regret this situation happening at all and we thank you for your time and recommendations.

QUICK RESPONSE
I have been working with web companies since the early 90s.. .in fact owned one of the first web service providers in Seattle.
I have never been treated so quickly at odd hours on requests as I have by my first 2 experiences with webhost4life support.
I am VERY excited about the amazingly quick help I got on relatively ... well... stupid questions. No negative talk, simply quick help that put me in a place that I could go back to doing what I need to... running my business, not worrying about small issues.

I subscribed to the VPS service as you suggested, and worked with Peter Tan to migrate my account. The migration went smoothly, and the new server is working great. Peter was absolutely terrific,and did an outstanding job. The new service is faster than the semi-dedicated, and I have already had several people email me about it.

Just a note of praise for your tech staff. I know people like to complain when things do not go smoothly, but seldom bother to give credit when it is due. Your tech staff is one of the biggest reasons I stay with webhost4life. It is great to be able to submit a trouble ticket and get fast accurate responses. Keep up this level of service and I will be a customer for a long time.

I am so pleased with webhost4life''s helpdesk. Each time my problems have been addressed and responded too in a very short amount of time. I receive quick and knowledgeable responses. VERY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE RESPONSES
I have had 2 issues that were related to the hosting of my asp.net application and on both occasions I have received the support that I needed in a very prompt fashion.
