When I activated my WebHost4Life account I had trouble accessing my temporary URL (because I had not uploaded any pages).

WebHost4Life staff patiently and efficiently helped me work through the issue.

On the same afternoon, I was attempting to resolve a technical issue with another hosting company (Company X).

While Company X is good, their performance was no match for WebHost4Life, neither in quality or timeliness - and they charge quite a bit more.

What makes WebHost4Life''s support so outstanding is that in addition to being fast, friendly, and knowledgable; they put me in the driver''s seat.
I get to decide when the ticket is closed. I get to decide if and when the ticket gets escalated to a manager. And, if I still have issues, I get to email the CEO directly.
Although I have never needed to go beyond the first line of support, it is great knowing that WebHost4Life cares enough about the customer to put these options just a click away. That kind of focus on the customer and dedication to quality service is exactly what makes escalation unnecessary.

I''ve dealt with several web hosts and one thing I''ve always insisted on is a telephone number for live tech support. The tech support staff here is so good using just the help desk that we have never had to actually call them. Replies are timely and they always give 100% to make sure that our web site is up and working the way we want it to. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am always impressed with the response time for questions that I ask. And the fact that you allow users to backup and restore SQL Server 2005 Databases on their own with the standard web control panel is a HUGE plus. Another host pointed me to a multi step process with scripts and is a huge pain - But webhost4life provided excellent customer capabality for SQK 2005 databases - nice Job!!

Using several concurrent vendors to fill my company''s online needs, I have put experienced, in real time, superior problem-resultion, helpful support and softare support, not to mention they have an expansive list of great inclusions... When they install Exchange and offer-up servers at shared prices for process hogging scripts - I wont need anyone else!
