I asked for help with being able to send out large blocks of emails to my customers.
The Help Desk people worked with me in a back and forth dialog to give me the maximum amount of details about my options. Then when I made a decision, they implimented the change in a short fashion with minimal impact to my web site and emails.

SPEEDY SERVICE
I was having trouble with our email server so I submitted an urgent request using the helpdesk. I received a reply within 5 minutes. The whole issue was resolved within 7 hours and would have been taken care of sooner except for the fact that I had to contact other email users from our organization to make them aware of the situation. FIXING MY LINKS
I have a lot of asp and database scripts on my website. When I published it, I was not able to see some of those pages. I quickly contacted support my phone. They created a ticked and within an hour or so (even maybe less...I was not really paying attention to time) I checked and all of my pages were functioning properly. Everything works great. This is what I call prompt service. I also like the fact that I can edit my vbscripts right from my control panel. Never seen anything like it before. THANKS!!!!
