I''ve had many hosts in the past 7 years where their support ranged from horrible to excellent. Usually the cheaper hosts have terrible support while the hosts that cost $40/month tend to have excellent support. I only pay $10/month with webhost4life and I''ve received round the clock support throughout the night until my problem was resolved. Not even the expensive host offered support at late night hours. You''ve got yourself a convert.

I had an issue where our website folder path got misconfigured and I could not fix it myself. Our website was completely down and I couldn''t fix it. Within just a few minutes of opening a trouble ticket in our account''s control panel, their support staff had replied and fixed the problem. One more thing: this was a Saturday night!
