I have had several hosting companies that I served websites through in the past several years...and have stopped moving around since I found Webhost4Life (aptly named). Their customer service is Prompt (with a capital ''P") and very professional in their communications (even if I have been a bit grumpy...)

I haven''t had a whole lot of experience with various web hosts, but I have had experiance with a lot of Helpdesk''s. I can say these guys definately know what they are doing. Everything is always getting even better too!

I would definately recommend Webhost4life.com to anyone who wants to work with a knowledgable webhost, with a darn good team backing it up.

You guys are the best hosting provider I''ve ever dealt with, and I''ve dealt with a few!! Getting a reply on my tickets takes no more than 5 to 10 minutes. And getting a solution usually takes an hour to a few hours!! Also I can be assured Im getting top speeds when im hosting with you.
