I''ve had two issues with my web hosting recently (one of which was COMPLETELY my fault, the other was not major but needed to be addressed) and both have been handled by the support staff in record time. One was actually fixed within 5 minutes of when I submitted a request, the other one took all of 15 minutes. That is outstanding customer service. I have already referred a couple of my friends to webhost4life and I will not hesitate to refer more when I have the opportunity to do so.
