I LOVE how y''all embrace the new technologies. I have my site with WebHost4Life because initially I wanted to "play" with .NET 2.0 when it was in beta. I was pretty frustrated establishing my hosting and domains. I chatted with Henry via the online chat, and he was good. I still had problems (through no fault of Henry''s -- just my own stupidity), and decided to call Webhost4life instead. I magically got Henry again. His calm, confident manner put me at ease almost instantly. He quickly and efficiently implemented corrective actions which led to the snags being thoroughly resolved.

I consider customer service as "Excellent" when the problem was successfully resolved. But it''s "Best Service" when the tech support''s attitude and demeanor actually adds to the value of his employer.

Henry did it. In fact, he made it look easy.
