I had one or two problems with my process, so I decided to cancel with a view to setting up at a later date, with a different domain.

Let me express my gratitude at the high level of professionalism and outstanding support from the WebHost4Life staff. When we occasional experience an issue the staff has been ready and willing to respond. I am most impressed at their persistence to resolve issues. In general the system performance has been excellant and in cases where it has not we have discovered it is rarely a WebHost4Life problem; rather we have found that most times the problem is within our own applcation. My issue was resolved over the weekend when I logged in a support request on Saturday night. Helpdesk is a big plus for webhost4life.com. I am definitely going to urge my employer to move to webhosting4life soon.

This is an excellent service. Customer support provides quick answers to your questions and they anwers actually are to your questions, not like most help desks whos canned answers don''t even come close. The flexibility supporting multiple technologies and databases is outstanding. We have been with webhost4life for a few years now and have had nothing less than reliable and quality service. The huge amount of webspace coupled with very affordable windows servers made it a very easy decision on who would be our hosting provider for life. If we need an upgrade in php or MySQL versions they promptly gave it to us. The support is very good, often our questions, no matter how small are answered in minutes.
