I have been a member of webhost4life.com for almost 3 years and I purchase a year at a time, and each year when it comes time to renew, I never have the urge to switch or change my hosting package because everything always works perfectly. The host provides the best windows hosting packages with the best customer support. Whenever I have a problem I leave a ticket for them in the evening, and will receive a reply by the time I wake up the next day. I had a few hosting companies before webhost4life, and they would take days or weeks, if they even replied at all. I have no wish whatsoever to move to a different host.

REAL 24 HOUR SUPPORT
I signed up for a windows hosting account for a client. Today is the first time I tried using webhost4life. First, I was charged 2x because of a mistake in ordering, they refunded me within 12 hours. Also, I get real 24/7 tech support. I am chatting from Manila and encountered a ''tech'' problem with asp programming. They were able to help me! Keep up the good work!

I had a domain registered with networksolutions.com and wanted to shift DNS authorization onto your servers. Being lazy, the option wasn''t staring me in the face, so I queried your online technical support (which replied at lightning speed, < 15 minutes). At any rate after following his instructions to add domain support to your service I began to browse the control panel. Being a systems administrator / software developer I was very impressed with the extensive amount of server information that was modifiable for my domain. IIS Settings, Self-DNS authoring for A, MX & CNAME records (I''ve never seen this offered).. WSS 3.0.. etc, you know what''s there. If the service I received on my first issue is what I can expect in the future, I will definately be utilizing your site for product pages and referring it to peers in the industry. Thanks for the great product!

For a small fee they installed the German WSS language pack and created the top site for me.
Excellent service! Have not seen this somewhere else.

I have been with Webhost4Life going on 2 years. I have only had a few issues along the way. Each time, they responded with amazing speed to my request and completely solved my issues. Some of these occurred quite late at night as well.
I also contracted them to do some migration work for me. They came in under their quoted dollar and time estimates.
