I have to say that after being burned by several web hosts, webhost4life is definitely a difference-maker. I had a problem moving my domain over and needed to test it. The test had failed with what appeared to be a DNS problem. I entered my trouble ticket and had the solution in under 15 minutes. And my ticket was at the default level--imagine the support for a mission critical error!

I know all these hosting services claim to offer 24/7 support, but here they actually do it. When I discovered I had forgotten to renew a hosting plan at 4:00 a.m. EST, support had the site back up in 10 minutes.

This is typical of their response time and a real service oriented host, not just lip service. I can understand why they are my web host 4 life: there are none better!

I have hosted several sites with Webhost4life for roughly the past three years and I have consistently found the service and support to be top notch. The support staff are only to happy to help with a problem and have suggested mail server upgrades and other things to make my use of the service more effective. The name of the service is very appropriate. Before moving my hosting here I changed providers on a regular basis. Once I found Webhost4life I have not looked elsewhere.
