George answered my question on the second try. he was able to determine that it was missing .net app files. Of course I didn''t believe him, but it turns out he was correct.
Webhost4life is second to none! I can say this and legitimately rate them because I have been a web developer for 10 years and have been with a dozen different web hosting companies in that time.
They have time and time again helped me through several design and development issues using there Helpdesk system. I never have to pick up the telephone and call them. I write out a ticket and always get it taken care of in a timely manner and get things right every time.
Their control panel is one of the best in the industry. I get more control over my site than I can with other web hosting services and this is a very important feature for someone who wants and needs control.
If I have an idea or site that needs set up, I can do it in minutes when I have to.
The most important and maybe the least appreciated are the support staff who jump on every question or issue I have and they are very few and far between. When I need them, they are there. A deep and heart felt thanks to all of you busting your butts in the trenches of customer satisfaction. You have one very satisfied customer here.

MY MISTAKE
I was writing a code, when all of a sudden it did not work. I research high and low to fix the problem, and I couldn''t find a fix. I went to their support team to ask if it was there side and they tried to take care of it. After trial and error, we found out it was the syntax of my code and they offered to help me if I ran into another problem!!!
