I have dealt with other hosting providers, but I have to say that the support I have received from you is far superior to any other. Not only do I get prompt feedback to questions; but I get a real person looking at my problem, providing me and answer, and sometimes even a better solution! Other providers generate a canned email based on some keywords found in my question; you can tell that no human ever read my message. Not the case here -- it is definitely the best customer service I have seen! Thanks and keep up the good work.

Your support team has been very patient with a new comer to DNN and has helped me to achieve what I needed when I thought I had broken everything. Are company is in the medical field of adddiction treatment. For our new site to go down due to my mistakes would have been a disaster. When I first started my web site I paid a web site designer to biuld it. He referred me to Webhost4Life to host my site. I no experiance with web site design or HTML code at the but due to budget and start up cost I knew I would have to maintain and design any updates to my site myself. I am now almost darn good with this web site design stuff and when it came time to renew my host site there was not even a second thought as to renewing with WebHost4Life. Thanks for all the patience, knowledge and accual terminology I could really grasp from the entire WebHost4Life team. i will never use another host site except for WebHost4Life.
