This is the week before concurently launching 2 huge projects. I''ll tell you something, a fellow only known to me as chat-support4 was remarkably patient with me and it was obvious that he was looking to provide great service throughout the myriad of questions/howtos - to what end? He took it upon himself to email me some further help file references. Thank you. Seperately, I have been learning my way around Sharepoint services this year, as such I''m adept at discovering new means to crash... often. We are at the end of our 3 year starting off with one domain and a basic starter package, now with two advance plan packages and many domains hosted.
Not only the value that is a striking point but the first class professional service of which I do not recall a moment I was let down although I consistently put the help ticket as “normal”.
I did shop around and found no one can beat your value and if some “claim” to have additional feature or performance but at a substantially higher price (double the least!).

We are a small web design, and offer hosting as part of the web solution and in the near future are considering signing up for a server plan, obviously from our experience, we will not risk a different hosting service.
Keep up the good work!

The only reason I have rated these guys "Very Good" and not "Best Service" is because I have had a rather simple issue to solve (and, therefore, I reserve the "Best Service" for the most difficult issues).. Other than that, these guys are prompt to respond and real problem-solvers! Good job! Keep it up!
