I started up my website hosting service on the New Years weekend and had a little trouble with my initial domain start-up (being that this was my first .NET website). I received a very prompt reply and within two communications had my site up and running!

Having experience with a number of hosting services, I am able to say that WEBHOST4LIFE is as good as it gets. A recent experiene had responses going back only several hours apart for a lower priority issue (Priority 3). Support staff quickly defined the problem and just as quickly fixed the issue I was having.

The reason i use best of service as a rank or caliber of ability etc is because anything less would not describe proper results. This is the 2nd time I have spoken with Calvin and the 1st for this particular quest. I was handled with coutesy, inteligence and interest. I am sure my problem will be solved with little effort on your part. I am not a computer expert nor minor expert. This something I am not capable of doing. The real measure of a company is how it handles mistakes or problems and I have nothing but great things to say for WebHost4Life! I am a professional Windows desktop and web application developer that has been turned into a cynic from years of dealing with tech support agents that just do not understand the systems and technology they support. WebHost4Life support has been not a breath of fresh air bt instead a tornado of fresh air. Your tech support agents have been consistently compentant, professional, friendly, and make the effort to make sure my questions were not only answered but went the extra mile to make sure I understood the answer was satisfied with the answer.
Trouble tickets are consistently address professionally and timely. Intermitent isues are addressed with questions to try gather more information instead of the normal kind of reply I am used to getting ''I seems to be fixed now''.
Your company should open a consulting group to teach other companies how to keep customers by keeping them happy.
I have two hosting accounts here with around a dozen domains hosted between them. I fully plan to either add more hosting accounts or upgrade to semi dedicated accounts at before my next renewal. Not only do I want to continue paying you I want to grow to pay more!

BEST HELP DESK I HAVE SEEN
I had a quite complicated server setup. They helped me configure Server Software and register a COM+ component. Even though it took a couple of weeks to figure out how to get it set up properly they stuck with me and got it working. Every help desk person acted very professionally. Aslo, by the way I don''t know if it''s just me but every time I load my WH4L web page it load quite fast. Faster than any other pages I go to.
