I have just in the past two month signed up for a semi dedicated server, and the support I have received here is second to none.
100% satisfied with the support level, service and the web stats are fantastic.

In the field of being useless as teats on a bull, the 24 hour tech support offered by this company is second to none! Not only have I never been able to get a problem solved by the online service, I''ve been routinely condescended to and treated basically as if I was an idiot!

Being new to web/mail hosting serviceand thus not having the knowhow to manage my mail server, I asked some very basic questions to which your response has been exemplary. I was never made to feel inadequate and for that I am most appriciative of your professionalism. Thank you and keep up the good work. I have just renewed my subscription ( or at least I think I have but I''m not sure and although I have tried to check I am not sure that I see the confirmation of the renewal in my account but I probably need to check more closely.) I have dealt with several web hosts and one thing I''ve always insisted on is a telephone number for live tech support. The tech support staff here is so good using just the help desk that we have never had to actually call them. Replies are timely and they always give 100% to make sure that our web site is up and working the way we want it to. I would recommend them to anyone!
