I have never had an unresolved issue with the HelpDesk. Even my low priority request are dealt with quite quickly. I do feel like we are not typing the same language sometimes but we always get issues resolved in good time. Thanks!

I have been having a slow response DNN 4 Upgrade/SQL DB problem...I would just like to commend Kash (the DB Support Guy) for nailing this problem. This was not something that would have been obvious (I have 30 years experience as a Software Engineer and did not catch it)...Thanks!

I pay for the WSS 3.0 Services but I needed to uninstall it and install again... the system generated me a second fee setup... I open a ticket, in the next day (at sunday) the problem was resolved

I''m new to ASP.NET, and wanted to find an affordable hosting service to play with it. I was with 2 other hosting providers which weren''t entirely bad, but fell short in several categories. I found webhost4life through google, and after giving them a chance, I fell like I''ve made a great decision. One of my tests is to submit several support cases and see how the host responds to different situations. I try to do this within my trial period just in case they do something I don''t like and I can cancel. These guys have stepped up to the plate every time. They''ve removed misc fees, given me support on technical programming issues, and when I had an issue with the site control panel, they did the work for me. Outstanding team, and I look forward to continued hosting with them.
