I used Live Chat to communicate with Candice this evening to help me with an IIS/DNN issue. It was difficult defining what the root cause of the issue was but Candice took the time to work with me and identified that the solution needed to be recompiled.
I greatly appreciated Candice''s patience and professionalism. I''ve had several tech support experiences recently with other companies that have off-shored their tech support and the experience was brutal. Candice mentioned that the Webhost4life data center is located in LA. While I understand this option may be more expensive than off-shore tech support, the service that you are providing is extremely valuable. Please keep tech support and the data center in the U.S.!

On March 11th, my website faced a crisis. You see, I run a March Madness bracket manager site. It was Sunday night, about 3 hours after the selection show for the Men''s tournament. Everything was humming along just great. People were filling out their brackets, and all was right with the world... until it happened. Due to a bug in my program, I accidentally erased the ENTIRE men''s tournament from the database. A disaster of unmitigated proportions.
Luckily, the folks at webhost4life were able to pull a backup of my database at 2 in the morning and restore it for me. Desipte the fact that I was being a MAJOR pain in the you-know-what, they still were courteous, friendly and professional. Oh, and FAST!
You saved March Madness for another year.

Well i have submitted just 5 Requests to the helpdesk. But they have replied to those with a remarkable speed. They were quicker than i expected. They were not just quick but very helpful and prompt too. I had a problem in creating my database at a crunch time and they helped in a very short time rather with few minutes of sending the request.
