I have only been a customer for about a week, so maybe it is too early for a testimonial. However, I have to give you kudos on your support. I have( soon to be had ) a site using Microsoft Office Live. It is a canned site, but I thought it would be a quick and easy way to get online. However, today the site went down, and their support was horrible - one canned response after another.

Then this evening, I had a problem after uploading a site to my domain using your service. What a difference. Using Live Chat, Bill - within minutes - fixed the problem and educated me on what I did wrong. Oh and he did not use one canned response, he actually communicated with me. Do you know how rare that is these days? Excellent job, PLEASE keep it up.
