I have been with Wehost4life for over a year now and have had a few problems with different aspects of my websites.. I have gotten help in most case within the first hour after filing a request with the helpdesk. And 99% of the time I had a fix withing two hours or so.. I have been in this Web Development business for 15 years and have hosted my clients on many different hosts servers but WebHost4Life is ultimatly the best I have ever encountered with there support program. I signed up for my webhost4life web site two days ago, and have had a couple of questions with regards to setup. I am just about finished now, and I cn say that the support from the online helpdesk facility is awesome. The responses were very very quick, and spot on.

When I signed up for webhost4life, the pricing was unbelievable very reasonable, so I thought the service wouldn''t be that great. I was wrong! All my problems and cases were promptly and very well attended to. And of course all problems were solved!

I had great service on ficxing a hit counter- frontpage would not work on my end and I told the tech that (Mark) and he got it changed fo me- its time like this when he makes it easier not to pull your hair out or press refresh 1300 times- thanks Mark appreciate your help and your promptneess too.
