One of my customer decided to manage his website by himself, so I had to make a change of ownership. The fax didn''t get through, but the support team (William and Marilou) helped me to send the docs by email in order to keep the account working.
Thank you for the great work: even if hosting Italian websites in the US is not very good in term of bandwidth, the great support you always provide make me prefer your company to any of the Italian hosting provider.

PS: the support request was about watertribe account, not about kodama, which is my other account, the one under which www.piyodesign.it is.

We have used webhost4life for our web server since 2003. I have always been extremely pleased by the reliability and accessability of your server. It is easy for me to upload new files and maintain our website. On the rare occassion I have needed support, your support team has been able to solve the problem within a few hours. Your online chat is a great feature, however, sometimes it is important to have a live person to work something through.

When our website was originally setup by a web developer long since gone, we were set up with on your server using a different domain name. Since then our domain name changed, but not on our account information. I had mentioned it to your support team on previous occassions, but no one seemed to see the issue. Since everything worked, I thought it best to leave well enough alone. However, now we are redoing the design of our site and adding on some features, such as your ecommerce, so I thought it time to fix the misinformation as the old domain name is being used by someone else.

Yesterday, I called in to your support and spoke with Than. Than spent approximately 1-1/2 hours on the phone with me, working through the problem. It was not an easy one to solve -- but he was very patient and listened carefully and together we were able to figure out a solution. I think he deserves major kudos for his efforts.

I have been a customer for 2 years now and have opened a few tickets during this period. Most recently regarding a problematic Wordpress installation.

Your support department has always replied in a timely and informative manner to all my queries. They follow you through the whole resolution and help you understand what went wrong.

I can''t fault the service and would not think of taking my hosting anywhere else.

Our website employs a wide variety of technologies including MS-SQL, ASP.NET 2.0 with AJAX extensions, Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services, PHP and MySQL. The dedicated and knowledgeable technical support team has been crucial in helping us enable these technologies - on a shared server no less.

With our previous ISP, we paid twice as much as with WebHost4Life and got a lot less technology and support, not to mention a 200% boost in performance.

If there were ever such a thing as a no-brainer, it''s WebHost4Life.

I have tried many shared hosting providers on the internet - millions come up on a google search. None of them compare to the service of webhost4life. Their technicians have done everything I have asked - even if they didn''t do it normally. The support is excellent!

Today is my first day with this host and I contacted the support 4 times via Live support. 3 Of them for presales questions before buying the service.
And the fourth because I needed help after buying in the domain configuration.

In all 4 times (always talked with different persons) I found very gentle, very competent and very quick engineers. I was walked through any doubt and found all answers to my questions.
