For the past year or so there have been some serious improvements to the service and response time for service. I am quite impressed! Most inquiries or service related tickets are answered in a matter of minutes! I really feel comfortable knowing my websites are hosted by you guys. I have been with Webhost4life since 2002 and cannot say enough about the features of the product and the quality of the customer service. When you file a service ticket you receive the usual notification that it was received and within VERY little time you have a response. A response that is just for you and your issue-- not a generic form response. If you need something changed, need help with a feature, billing-- whatever. These people are so helpful I have written them thank you notes many times when their service was above and beyond what anyone could expect.

Whether you are a rookie at this website deal or you are running a major business Webhost4life has all the features and all the service you will ever need. Now they do domain registration as well for really excellent prices too. I moved mine pronto. Now I''ve got everything under one roof and can run my whole online ''empire'' from one place. As my son would say, these guys are AWESOME.

I thought I had an email problem with the hosting company, so I sent in a support ticket. Not only did I get a response on a Saturday within 20 minutes, they fixed the problem and informed me that they noticed I double payed for the hosting by accident and were refunding the money.
