Our church staff couldn''t view our own website and after working with both our ISP and the technical staff at WH4L almost two weeks, they finally nailed it. It seems a virus or a virus-like executable was attempting numerous connections to the website from our location which has a static IP address. This was found and fixed and now we''re able to connect and everyone is happy. Thanks to WH4L''s patience and persistence our issue was resolved.

Requested help because our website was down and would only say "Contact System Administrator". Once we opened a ticket with WebHost4Life we had a resolution within hours. In addition, when I asked for specific details about the issue, tech support was quick to reply with the issue and how it was resolved. This is helpful for avoiding further issues. I have to say, I have never been so impressed with a webhosting company as I have been with WH4L. Easily one of the best in the field and quite possibly the fastest in response to any errors or assistance needs one might have. I have been so impressed I am in the process of hosting everything I develop and run with WH4L - especially after seeing the very worthwhile new services and improved services being added on a seemingly regular basis! Keep up the great work (and note, my website is currently going revisions and will not be up until later this month).
