I recently help switch my children''s school web site to your hosting environment because of your support staff. I have an account TheBakerFour.com which I use to play around. When Cardinal Bernardin School was complaining about the performance of the previous Hosting service I recommended moving to here.

We''ve had difficulty in getting our newsletter application to work correctly. To be honest, we thought we would receive the same runaround as our previous webhost provider''s support team gave us... basically "it''s your application...your problem."
