I believe I have been using your service for over four years for my sites and I have been recommending it to everyone I deal with. (Sometimes they use my referral and sometimes they do not)
However the service has been stellar and I would NEVER change host providers. Now, I just realized that you provide email mail list support! I have a few thousand members for my site and I was constantly struggling to keep up with all of the whitelists and manage my membership. I have sent 5 emails with your service and it has been outstanding. I still have my internal membership database and keep that as my source and simply update the list on you site, but I am going to switch over to using your signup and unsubscribe service so I can completely remove all maintanence associated with this part of my site.
My hats of to your entire company for being what I consider to be the best in the business by far.

I tried to resolve the problems at hand before seeking help, and when I did, the quality of customer service, professionalism, and something rare, was the support staff had the desire to take the time to help is rare. I mean sometimes, support staff for other services, companies, will give a quick half-answer and hope it will close the case. The answers I received pointed me in the right direction to resolve the problem, understandable and clear with their message or they resolved the problem for me.

I have about 10 sites with these guys and they always go the extra mile when we have problems. They dont just tell you how to fix it using the control panel, they also fix the problem right then. They even have helped us fix things that are not really their problem, like installing components in Joomla.
