The hands on proactive approach and support porvided by the live chat agents can be best described as white glove (betcha can easily spend more on white glove car wash service in 2 months than you do on hosting costs for the entire year)

Two weeks ago I created a new domain, and got an error. It was Sunday evening (here in Germany).
My first thought: Why do things like that always happen on Sundays?
My first idea was to send a message to WebHost4Life''s helpdesk. But then I remembered that WebHost4Life offers an online Help Desk.
I just tried. I logged on, and got contact with support personel immediately. After 4 minutes the problem was solved.
This is just excellent. I do not get this here in Germany.

I just wanna say thank you, for the excellent support and for the great asp.net functionality you offer.

I really appreciate the quick helpdesk response. It is not only that you send nice messages but that the personnel is able to solve technical problems very fast.

And i like that the ajax framework is installed on GAC, that is not always the case with other hosts.

The cherry on top is that it is possible to use the SQL Server Management Studio Express.

Again great service! And I mean it. I was just disappointed with my last host and changed to webhost4life. And since then, life really gets easier.

I recently started a website for a non-profit I belong to. It is based on the Club Starter Kit, and the process was foolproof on your setup. It was perfect, and allowed me to concentrate on publishing the website, and not on the problems that are detailed all over the internet concerning setup issues.

The Hosting Control Panel is excellent, and very convenient. It is great to take care of problems in real time and not have to contact tech support for minor issues that you can take care of yourself.

I recently purchased a WSS 3.0 hosting plan and needed some help making one my sub-domains point to my new WSS 3.0 site. I exchanged 4 messages with support staff (William) through the Virtual Helpdesk and the issue was resolved on the same day.

I was very frustrated when I couldnt log onto the Conrol Panel of one of the website I host with you. Despite everything I put your support through they remain true professionals and eventually were able to rack my brains hard enough to provide something that worked for them to verify my identity.

I just appreciate the fact that they stuck to their guns the way they did ensuring that I was the true owner of the hosting plan for this website. This reassures me that my websites will always be safe with you and there is no way anyone would "steal" my information from you guys by pretending they were me.
