Micox tried his best to help on a script problem tonight. Even though he couldn''t resolve the issue he escalated it and I feel it will get fixed soon. I love the chat feature. Much nice to "talk" to someone versus exchanging hit or miss emails. Thanks Micox!

We have been members since 2000 and the level of service that we have been extended is well beyond our expectations. Sure, there have been moments that service was interrupted but a simple call or help desk request and it is fixed promptly, without hassle.
