I had an issue this evening while trying to connect to my ftp site. Sparks helped me over the 24/7 chat line and we tried just about everything possible. He\she finally gave me a host name that included my username and password (bypassing the username and password that I was manually trying to connect with). It worked successfully and I finally realized that the problem all along was that I had typed an incorrect username for the account in the ftp connection. I have three sites with you guys and recommend all of my clients to use your hosting services - and will continue to do so because of the UNMATCHED support that representatives like Sparks provide.
