MOVED TO WEBHOST4LIFE JUST A FEW DAYS AGO

GUIDING A LOST SOUL THROUGH A CHALLENGING INSTALLATION
I recently received support from several team members at webhost4life on a problem relating to installation of SugarCRM. It took several days to address the problem - everyone through the chain was helpful. However one individual - SabrinaW in particular deserves a well done. She guided me through a difficult installation process and then took ownership of the problems and resolved them in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with this committment to the customer to help out with whatever it took - especially when the customer is a novice at navigating Web Hosting environments. SabrinaW is a valuable asset to webhost4life and should be recognized as such.

GREAT SERVICE
I just moved from another ISP, and I have had better service in the first week with Webhost4life than I did in the past 6 months. Webhost4life''s chat interface allowed me to access tech support in seconds, and we were able to solve the problem. My last ISP could only be contacted through email (no chat interface and no one answered the phone.) I am looking forward to working with a professional ISP such as Webhost4life!

I have an email problem which has taken me days of troubleshooting. Then I have decided to get support and was connected to Stellaw.
Stellaw was very helpful and within 15 minutes including testing, my issue was solved.
She has even shared tips on setting up the web.config properly for sending emails via SMTP.
