I haven''t had this account for very long but the service and support I have so far received in setting everything up has been outstanding. As far as IT companies go in the area of support, these people would have to rank right up there at the top of the list.

I was having some initial issues with the .NET environment. Raymond was assigned to look at these issues and my domain was down in the early hours of the morning. I''m sure Raymond had to go through a lot to get it right. After that single early morning of Raymond''s attention, my .NET environment is perfection.

You could not ask for better service. The fact you get this kind of service for what you charge for hosting is a miracle.

We moved two web sites to Webhost4life and could not be more satisfied with our choice. Our web sites are obviously mission critical and we were very nervous about the move. Webhost4life has been near perfect. The Helpdesk has been fantastic! And, I am not an easy client, I tend to shoot first and look at the knowledge base later. I had a web site built in asp.net 2.0 technology.
When webhost4life.com updated their servers to asp.net 3.5, my web site had a few errors and could not run right. Raymond L. was my tech support.
He is very professional, very polite and has a lot of skills. He went an extra mile to help me.
If I would be his employer, I would be proud of him and value his excellent job.

I moved to the US and forgot to tell you my new email address, credit card and billing address. When I emailed Artlook in panic when you closed down my account, you immediately put it back up again at their request. I have now paid you for 2 years, and updated my contact information.
I only have one question - is there any tidying up that needs to be done because of this lapse of a few days?
