 I. PLANS and FEATURES

All Reseller Plans are charged a one-time setup fee only. There are no extra or recurring setup charges after the initial payment. All Reseller Plans are charged according to the type of plan you choose.

Technical Support for your Customers: We provide 24 hour, 7 days a week telephone and on-line technical support to assist our clients answer questions and resolve any problems they may experience. Our state of the art Customer Support can help clients make simple changes like:

  • Changing Passwords
  • Updating Account Information
  • Adding additional services and plans, etc.

Account Charging/Customer Service for your Customers: By utilizing our existing system for  charging your customers you will not have to deal with the problems of setting up your own merchant account.

URL Referral: You can start advertising via a direct link to your reseller site which will have your referral already built-in. Also, you can begin promoting your site via click banners which can be placed in other web sites.

Your own Company Logo: Private and Advance Resellers have the extra advantage of reselling our hosting plans as a separate company. As such, these plans receive a replica of webhost4life's website with your company logo included.

Design your own Reseller Site: As and Advance Reseller, you can substitute your webhost4life website copy with a web page design of your own. This allows you to truly customize and cater to your target audience. (Note: the sign-up page and the Member's Area/Control Panel cannot be modified.)

Set your Own prices: As an Advance Reseller you also have a say in how much you want to charge your customers. Design your own pricing tables and reap the benefits of this amazing opportunity! For more information, see Advance Plan below. 

 

II. CHARGES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Your customers will be charged at the same price as our plans. (The only exception to this rule is the Advance Reseller.) All customers are charged:

  • A hosting fee (corresponding to the plan that the customer chooses)
  • Hosting Fees
  • A one-time setup fee of $19.95  
For example: Assume that your first customer buys a Basic Plan. The total price will be $79.35. Pricing breaks down this way: 
  1. Hosting Fees: $59.40 ($4.95 x 12months = $59.40)
    PLUS
  2. Setup Fee: $19.95

$59.40 Hosting + $19.95 Setup = $79.35 Total

 

III. COMMISSION RATES

You keep the amount that is listed on these tables. Commissions are calculated from the HOSTING FEES only. Webhost4life.com will keep the SETUP FEE ($19.95).

 

Affliate Plan - You keep % of hosting fees:
  • 20% - for the first 10 accounts
  • 25% - for the next 9 accounts
  • 30% - for the next 29 accounts
  • 35% - for the any other
    •
For example: Assume that your first customer buys a Basic Plan. Since this is your first customer he fits in the first level (40% for first 10 accounts).

Advanced Reseller Plan 
This Plan works differently than the above, please read carefully:
The Advanced Reseller plan allows you to set your own prices, therefore the table shown here indicates the amounts that we will keep. The rest of the money is yours. (See the example set below.)

We will keep these percentages based in OUR prices only:
    • 50% - for the fist 10 accounts + $19.95 setup fee
    • 45% - for the next 9 accounts + $19.95 setup fee
    • 35% - for the next 29 accounts + $19.95 setup fee
    • 30% - for the any other + $19.95 setup fee
You adjust your hosting plan prices and keep the difference.

For example: Assume that your first customer buys a Basic Plan. Since this is your first customer he fits in the first category (50% for first 10 accounts). This is how you calculate the charges:

  1. The Basic Plan hosting fees cost $60 in OUR prices.

  2. You can adjust these fees to YOUR prices. i.e. You decide to charge an extra $60 dollars of markup; (total $120) for the same Basic Plan.

  3. We still keep 50% of OUR prices: $30
    (50% of $60 = $30 our fees. You keep the $30 remainder.)

  4. You keep a total profit of: $90  ($30 remainder + $60 markup)
    ($120 Hosting Fees - $30 our fees = $90 your profit)


IV. COMMISSION PAYMENTS

Commission money is added to your account every time a new customer opens a hosting account through your reseller web page. This money is accumulated and sent to you in a check at the end of every month.

Customer Renewal: When your customers renew their hosting accounts, you will receive a flat 35% commission. 15% for affiliates.


V. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT TRACKING

You can keep track of your customers via a simple Control Panel that will show you:

  • Total number of your customers
  • Type of account owned
  • Date of sign up
  • Commission money per customer
  • Commission for the month
  • Total commission of your account
  • Customer renewal commission
