Q: How do I create E-mail Accounts?

Q: Do I have to logon to the Control panel every time I want to check e-mail?
A: No. You can use a direct web shortcut to the mail server hosting your account. See instructions.

Checking E-Mail (Control Panel)

Q: How can I check my mail from my Control Panel?
A: At the Control Panel click on the Check Email icon. Then choose from below.

Use settings according to what your domain e-mail is:

• mail@webhost4life.com Login on the left.

• mail@yourdomain.com Login on the right. Click Next and type your password.

Q: How come I can not check e-mail with MS Outlook?
A: Please make sure you set your Email Login ID to your FULL email address.

Q: What is my POP3 and SMTP server?
A: Go to your Control Panel and you will see the server names listed on the left hand side.

Incoming - POP3 Server: mail.yourdomain.com

Outgoing - SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com

Q: I was instructed by Tech Support to re-create my e-mail accounts in 
    a new mail server. How do I do this?

Checking E-Mail (Shortcut)

1. Open a web browser and type: http://mail.domain.com Where domain is your
    domain; i.e. mail.apples.com, mail.money.com etc.

2. Login with:

Useraccount: name@domain.com (type your full e-mail address)
Password: e-mail account password
Timezone: choose timezone (optional)
Restrict Accesss: (optional)
