There are three steps that are necessary for obtaining a domain:

1. Find a domain name registrar (such as www.godaddy.com)
2. Make sure the domain name you want is available (registrars let you check)
3. Register and lease your desired domain name(s)

Once you lease a domain name you must reconfigure its Name Server properties (DNS) to point to our servers.

1.  Logon into the website account where you purchased your domain name
2. Change the DNS settings to:

 

Primary DNS:	ns4.dnsserver8.com	(66.186.25.6)
Secondary DNS:	ns5.dnsserver8.com	(66.102.135.218)

This will forward your domain name to our servers. Please make note of the following:

• Domain propagation takes 42 to 72 hours to fully complete

• Your domain will not work in our servers until the process is completed

• E-mail accounts cannot be setup until propagation is completed

• Propagation is regional: some cities may see the changes faster while others may not see changes till later on
