Information about Email, Database and File permission of Linux plan


Email

    a.) Email service included for any domain which added from control panel (except subdomain)

    b.)
The mail domain service can access via: 

        - URL: http://mail.yourdomain.com 
        - Admin login: postmaster    or     postmaster@yourdomain.com
        - Password: [your contronl panel password]

    c.) Manage your mail domain:
        - Email User / Alias   
            - Control Panel -> Mail [Top Navigation Bar] -> Email Manager [Left Sub Menus] -> Select Mail domain and "Go"
        - Email Quota
            - Control Panel -> Mail [Top Navigation Bar] -> Quota Manager [Left Sub Menus]
        - Advance Email Managment    
            - For Advance Features such as Spam Management, Content Filtering, Auto responder and more
            - please login to your webmail at http://mail.yourdomain.com, with postmaster account
            - manage though the smarter mail web base interface

Database
   
    a.) MySQL Database 
        - You can create/manage/delete MySQL DB via control panel:
        - Control Panel -> Database [Top Navigation Bar] -> MySQL Admin [Left Sub Menus]

    b.) Common issue with Database

File permission

    a.) You can manage the file permission by following method:
        1) Control Panel -> Site Admin [Top Navigation Bar] -> File Manager [Left Sub Menus], tick the check box of file or folder, input the file permission number and click "chmod" button [Right Sub Menus]
        2) Connect you server via ssh
            - server name : linuxxxx.mysite4now.net
            - login name : [Your account ID]
            - password : [Your control panel's password]
            after login, you can use the chmod function to change file or folder permission
