My Flash or Shockwave animation do not display
You need to verify following is setup for your website:
1. Two MIME type is setup as:
a) MIME Type: flv-application/octet-stream or video/x-flv
Associated Extension: .FLV
b) MIME Type: application/x-shockwave-flash
Associated Extension: .SWF
You can check and check your MIME setting via Hosting Control Panel -> Site admin -> Set MIME Type. This feature is limited to Advance plan or above. We can setup for basic plan user with $5 one time fee per site.
2. All your files have uploaded to server. Beside the .flv and .swf files, sometimes you also need to upload the source (most likely is .fla format) file as well. It depends on your flash animation design.
