My mail program cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server

You may receive similar error when sending email from your email program such as Outlook:

Error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server'

Your ISP may be blocking outgoing SMTP connections to prevent spams originating from their network. Please confirm with your ISP. If it is the case, you can configure your email client program to use port 366 instead of port 25 for outgoing server(SMTP).
