Steps to setup email in iPhone

1.    If you don't have any mail account setup, you can directly open "Mail" at desktop. New account setup guide will be shown.

        If you already has mail account but need to setup another one, please go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar.

2.    Choose Mail program and select "New Account"

        Fill in information accordingly:

Name        Any_Name
Address        user@YourDomain.com
Password        Password of user@YourDomain.com
Description user@YourDomain.com

==> Save.

3.    Choose IMAP or POP.
Incoming Mail Server:
Host Name:        mail.YourDomain.com
User Name:        user@YourDomain.com        //not user
Password:        Password of user@YourDomain.com

4. Setup outgoing Mail server
Outgoing Mail Server:
Host Name:        mail.YourDomain.com
User Name:        user@YourDomain.com        //not user
Password:        Password of user@YourDomain.com

5.    Save all the setting. Then your phone will verify IMAP/POP account information.

6.    After a period of time, when you see pop up message "Cannot Connect Using SSL, Do you want to try settings up the account without SSL?", please choose Yes.

7.    The verification speed may vary and you may need to wait up to few minitues. Once it's done, you can see a new account under "Mail, Contacts, Calandars."
