I am getting no storage space error, but my email account is...

I am getting no storage space error, but my email account is under the quota...

I am getting the following error, but my email space is under quota. What must I do to fix this problem?

452 <user@yourdomain.com> Mailbox size limit exceeded.

You can check the disk usage of the email account by login as postmaster@yourdomain.com on the webmail interface http://mail.yourdomain.com -> Reports -> Domain Disk Space -> Generate Report.

And you can change the quota of the email account in your control panel -> Mail -> Quota Manager.
