What is the "monitor" account?


An account set as Monitor will receive a copy of all messages sent to and from the domain. The domain for the monitor account must already exist and the user account must exist as well. 

Please setup the domain content filtering via web mail interface. You need to login with your domain admin account, by default it is postmaster@yourdomaim.com
-Under Domain Settings - Choose "Content Filter"
-Check the check box "To Specific Addresses" under "To Address" title
-Choose OR - One or more criteria must be met
-Paste the following address from the "To Address"
--1@yourdomain.com
--2@yourdomain.com
--3@yourdomain.com
-Run the Rule title, type Monitor
-Under Actions title
-Choose Copy Message, then type "postmaster@yourdomain.com"
