How do I add new WSS user?
WSS 2.0
1. First you will add users in your hosting control panel under Site admin -> Wss 2.0 -> Manage Wss User.
2. Then log into your sharepoint site using your account username and password

Then under Modify this Workspace select site settings -- manager users
-- add users, from there you can set what type of user you want them to
be (i.e. contributor)
