getting Web Part Error: This page has encountered a critical error on creating list at newly installed wss 2.0
Use control panel to check your sharepoint
url's and see if it's running under asp.net 2.0. If so, change it to
use asp.net 1.1 and re-try the steps to see if the problem is fixed.
